Overview
The Tech Architect will drive the Tech Stack, Architecture, Framework and Design Pattern across the organization.
Technical Architect will work closely with the delivery team for implementing new technical initiatives or resolving technical challenges.
Technical Architect will define and recommend the technical roadmap basis Industry trend, the organizations business goal, and the landscape/future vision of clients
He would develop the COE on the key technologies on which Qualtech would be driving its product and service lines of business.
Roles And Responsibilities
Tech Architect will be responsible for developing & implementing Tech Solutions, RnD, and POCs in the areas identified for existing or upcoming projects.
Will be responsible to implement the industry best practices for designing, coding, and deployment across tech stacks
Will define the application architecture and help the delivery team in implementing the same in their project. If required, will do the POC for the same as well.
Would act as a gatekeeping for Code Quality. Would review & provide the sign-off on the implementation of the right architecture, tech solution, and coding practices.
Will participate in pre-sales and prepare technical proposals wherever required.
Will represent Qualtech in technical discussions with clients or partners.
He would conduct training for developing/upskilling the tech capabilities of the team.
Qualifications And Skills
• BTech/BE/MCA
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT/Software Industry
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Architect
• Strong Technical Skills with in-depth hands-on experience in Java & React Technology for 5+ years
• Should have a passion to learn and develop POC in other technologies like MERN, AWS, Mobility, etc
• Must have participated in developing various POCs and RnD activities
• Must have defined Application Architecture, Security Architecture, Design Pattern, and Coding Practices for application development and have implemented in at least one application
• Have a good understanding and hands-on experience of tools for development, code review, testing, and deployment
• Have worked on Dev-ops and implemented it for one application at least
• Good written and oral communication skills; ability to translate information between business partners in clear and concise way
