Role/ Job Title: Technical Architect - Payments Business: Technology Management Group Function/ Department: Technology Place of Work: Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities: 'Ÿ Ensure that the solution architecture aligns with the roadmaps established by the enterprise architecture, and that it adheres to the enterprise architecture principles. Act as the bridge between Enterprise Architecture and Delivery teams. Ÿ Document and manage how multiple applications are expected to work together. This involves defining the interaction between application packages, databases, and middleware systems in terms of functional coverage. Ÿ Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope Ÿ Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives Ÿ Provide detailed specification documentation for proposed solutions Ÿ Scrutinize project constraints to analyze alternatives, mitigate risks, and conduct process re-engineering as necessary. Ÿ Drive application & technical architectures to ensure scalability, data consistency, speed of access, appropriate monitoring & instrumentation Ÿ Translate functional and non-functional requirements into design within the enterprise context; help business and technology define appropriate non-functional requirements and help in assessing the error budget defined. Ÿ Ensure application architecture uses best in breed enterprise wide tools. Ÿ Create deployment strategies for existing and new services based on business objectives. Ÿ Manage different stakeholders to arrive at end-to-end technical design. Secondary Responsibilities : 'Ÿ Assists in the analysis of new and existing architectures to ensure engineering platforms meet business requirements Ÿ Assists in the design of overall system and solution architecture, system integration, and implementation strategy to deliver an integrated solution Ÿ Drive and implementing development, testing, monitoring, automation, CI/CD tools and processes Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities : 'Individual contributor role, not applicable Key Success Metrics: '• Define procedures and processes to ensure solution delivery. • Create solution prototypes • Comply with strategic guidelines and architecture
