Experience - 3 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop high-quality written content for websites, blogs, product descriptions, email campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms.
SEO Optimization: Research keywords and implement SEO strategies to create search-engine-friendly content that drives organic traffic.
Brand Voice: Understand and maintain the brand's tone, style, and voice across all content. Ensure content aligns with both client requirements and business objectives.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team and marketing specialists to strategize and create content calendars and long-term campaigns.
Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitors to ensure content remains relevant, informative, and engaging.
Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, style, and accuracy.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and other teams to produce well-rounded and effective content.
Client Communication: Interact with clients (if necessary) to gather requirements, discuss content goals, and present content strategies or drafts.
Analytics: Measure content performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and conversions.
Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in content writing, specifically in the IT, e-commerce, or digital marketing domains.
Key Requirements:
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, Strong command of the English language with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas.
SEO Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar) and implementing SEO best practices in content.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with trends in IT services, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
Adaptability: Ability to write for various types of content, including blog posts, website copy, social media, white papers, and case studies.
Understanding of Google’s Helpful Content Update & E-E-A-T Principles: Ability to create original, people-first content that aligns with Google’s Helpful Content System and demonstrates Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T) - ensuring content ranks well and builds credibility.
Familiarity with AI-assisted Content Tools (with a human-first approach): Proficient in using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Grammarly, SurferSEO, Jasper, etc.) to streamline content ideation and creation - while ensuring the final output is human-edited, engaging, and free from AI detection issues.
