Job Description
We are looking Technical Delivery Manager for one of our business clients.
Location - Hyderabad
Exp - 7yrs +
Notice Period - max 30days
Requirement -
• Education qualification: BE /B Tech ( IT/CS/Electronics) / MCA / MSc Computer science
• 7+ years of IT experience in application development, support, or maintenance activities
• 2+ years of experience in IT Project Management with end-to-end delivery
• MUST HAVE- 2+ years of Team/People Management experience ( Direct or Support activity )
• MUST HAVE- 1+ years of experience in Agile / Scrum methodology
• PREFERRED- Should have knowledge on SAFe methodology to run the delivery
• Must have experience on at least 2 full life cycle of software development
• MUST HAVE- experience of basic cloud (AWS/Azure)
• Why Development experience is mandatory for the requirement ? Comments- The resource would be managing 2 teams ( Scrum teams who are highly efficient) He will have to collaborate with Devops and external teams for development Background of dev is compulsory. Hence 4-5 years of exp. at least in development background experience would be needed.
• Development Skillset- Microsoft Stack, Knowledge on Dot net.
• Good knowledge on the database added advantage
