TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
We need a Technical Director to join our engineering team to help with growing our firm and management of projects.
ROLE INCLUDES
To lead the Engineering team to growth and to be known as the senior identity of Agile’s team.
To proactively manage Agile’s existing relationships and to maximise new opportunities.
Proactively managing the quality of design, documentation and timely delivery of design services.
Proactively managing the design co-ordination with the other members of the design team.
Condition assessments and technical due diligence surveys and reporting.
Taking ownership for the full delivery of projects.
Business development, client relationship management, relationship development
And generally helping deliver successful projects that exceeds our client’s needs.
KEY ATTRIBUTES
Bachelors Degree qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Chartered status
At least 10 years professional consulting experience
Strong knowledge of general Building Services disciplines
Proven skills and experience in team leadership
Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
Be a people person and a relationship builder
Energy and passion for quality and timely delivery of solutions tailored to each client
Achievement orientated
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
