This role blends handson ArcGIS Enterprise technical depth, program/project delivery ownership, and people and stakeholder management, ensuring GIS platforms and applications are delivered, operated, and evolved at scale.

• 8+ years in GIS delivery, technical program management, or platform leadership
• 5+ years owning delivery of ArcGIS Enterprisebased solutions
• Proven ownership of complex, multiteam enterprise programs
