Technical Lead – Full Stack Developer

• A hands-on full stack engineer with leadership capability — someone who codes, mentors, and delivers end-to-end solutions.
• Proven experience delivering projects across diversified domains such as IT, Fintech, E-commerce, Data, or Retail.
• Strong technical expertise in React.js, Node.js, and Python (FastAPI / Django) for scalable application development.
• Working knowledge of AI / ML integrations (LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face) to enable intelligent and automated features.
• Ability to manage teams, review code, plan sprints, and ensure on-time, quality delivery in Agile / Scrum setups.
• A balanced technical mindset — proficient across front-end, back-end, cloud, and moderate AI automation.
Responsibilities
• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of full stack applications using React.js, Node.js, and Python.
• Integrate and manage AI-driven functionalities using APIs and frameworks like LangChain or OpenAI.
• Deliver robust, high-performing solutions across multi-domain projects (IT, Fintech, E-commerce, Data-centric systems).
• Collaborate with design, AI, and product teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure sprint-level execution.
• Drive DevOps practices, automating cloud deployment and ensuring CI / CD efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce clean code and performance standards.
• Research emerging full stack and AI technologies to continuously enhance solution quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
• 6–9 years of hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, and Python (FastAPI / Django).
• Delivered projects in diverse domains such as IT, Fintech, E-commerce, or Data.
• Experience with AI / ML tools (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, vector databases like FAISS / Pinecone).
• Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD).
• Prior team-leading or mentorship experience in Agile / Scrum projects.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
