About Us :Glimpse Analytics is high-growth tech start up that designs, develops and delivers AI poweredanalytics solutions to the world's largest retailers and transport providers.With a team of expert Computer Vision engineers across the US, Canada, India & the UK, our proprietary AI software connects seamlessly with any existing CCTV network to capture, analyse and report shopper and passenger behaviours in unprecedented detail.Job Description : We are looking for technical operation executive who will be working on a deployment of Glimpse solution to our clients and maintaining the clients for entire project duration, giving support to internal client facing teams.Responsibilities :- Understanding and basic working knowledge with Linux.- Understanding of Networks, wireless & wired protocols- Should be able to work with files, filtering, finding patterns, etc.- Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of our Ubuntu Linux based devices- Should be well versed in Linux commands and SQL queries needed to execute the task successfully- Ability to monitor and escalate in case of Hardware or software issues.- Should have an eye for detail and escalate exceptions in a timely manner.- Should be able to communicate issues/feature requests with required details- Should have good documentation skills and should contribute to the maintenance of SOPs- Commitment to meet deadlines is expected- She/he is expected to commit and deliver as expected.- Should be able to work independently, priorities & schedule work assignments based on deadlines.Requirement :- Experience with Linux Basic SQL commands- Need to know MS Excel- Need to have Trouble Shooting ability- Need to have Excellent Analytical ability- Minimum 2+ year of experienceThis is a unique opportunity to be part of a focused, dynamic and pioneering company with extreme growth potential.(ref:hirist.com
