As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the roadmap of the GiftStation digital ecosystem, covering both B2B and B2C domains. This includes driving development of the B2B portal for purchasing physical/digital gift cards, managing digital delivery capabilities (email/SMS/API), supporting loyalty and wallet integrations, and leading innovations into the Web3 space.
You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and external partners to deliver scalable and innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance.
This role will provide coverage across both New Zealand and Australia, with an immediate emphasis on supporting the New Zealand operations while progressively expanding capability and expertise within the Australian team.
Requirements
Qualifications
2–4 years’ experience in business analysis or software delivery, working with cross‑functional teams such as Product, Sales, Technical and Finance.
Experience in customer‑facing relationship roles
Strong written and verbal english
Experience with requirements gathering, solution design and supporting digital solution or integration delivery.
Understanding of SQL, API integrations and digital product ecosystems.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Power BI and Power Automate.
Tertiary or industry qualifications in information systems, computer science, finance or data analysis is preferred
