You will lead cross-functional learning initiatives across the region, driving innovation in program delivery while maintaining relentless focus on measurable business impact. This role requires someone who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels—designing regional learning frameworks while being willing to "roll up your sleeves" and deliver training on the floor when needed.
This is a field-based, leadership position requiring at least 20% quarterly travel between operations sites. You must be comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume environment where priorities shift rapidly and ambiguity is the norm.
