SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
• 3+ years of experience into end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
• Should have at least 2 years of experience into IT Recruitment
• Responsibility will include understanding Job description, resourcing, Screening, Qualifying, and submitting resumes based on clients requirement.
• Candidate should be proficient in Reading resumes and over the phone qualifying candidates for technical fitment (eligibility), Behavioral fitment, Stability (Suitability), etc.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
• The candidate should be able to join in max. 7 days.
• Age Bar till 33 years candidates can apply.
