Looking for:
Looking for fresher's (BE/B Tech, BCA, B Sc with a Master's degree) with very good communication skills who are interested in building the career in the field of Recruitment's
Job Role:
Recruitment (End to End) Handling of complete recruitment cycle starting from screening to closure(Using Naukri,Monster).
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers following up on the interview process status.
Candidate management
Utilising social media, job boards, and Internet sourcing and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
Closing the position with the given TAT
Salary negotiation with the candidate.
Follow up for offer and joining
Database management.
Responsible for timely deliverable
Handle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing till joining of the candidate.
Looking for 6 month's plus of experience in Recruitment
Qualification: BE/BTech, BCA, B Sc with a Master's degree is a must
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Work Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune(Only work from office
