Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent
Utilize various sources such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidates
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical recruiting
Collaborate with the HR team to improve and streamline the recruitment process
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
6 Month - 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
Strong knowledge of the technology industry and current technical trends
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
