We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated and experienced Recruiter to our HR Department in Bengaluru, India.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to dissect staffing needs and develop strategies to activate high quality, diverse candidate pool and ensure a quality selection process.
Evaluate profiles/information on potential candidates and conducting full cycle recruitment.
Building a continuous candidate pipeline and creating leads through various sourcing methods including but not limited to: cold calling, networking, Linked In, indeed etc.
Administer various assessments and check employment references.
Ensure great candidate experience keeping candidates well informed and well prepared throughout the entire process.
Strong sourcing skills with a proven track of turning passive candidates into hires.
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and other candidate relationships.
Other HR Support
Activities:
Participate and support Human Resources projects.
Advise and make recommendations to managers on best practices, human rights legislation and all other relevant legislations pertaining to Recruitment and Selection.
Developing, maintaining and updating job descriptions on a periodic basis.
Conducted exit interviews and reported trends to management.
Requirements
5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting (in-house is an asset)
Familiarity with using tools of the trade: ATS systems, Linked In, social media, souring tools etc.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in a technical field is preferred.
Exceptional networking, relationship building and organisational skills.
