Tbot Techno Systems, an IT solutions provider, is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for technical positions specific to the IT industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and sourcing top talent to join our team of highly skilled professionals. Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Develop and maintain a network of top talent within the IT industry.
Create job postings and post them on various job boards and social media channels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to ensure a strong match with job requirements and company culture.
Manage candidate communication and ensure timely and efficient follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize recruitment software to track and manage candidate pipelines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment within the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
Experience in sourcing passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media channels.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
