Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for recruitment and related activities of formulating job descriptions, posting them on various portals via ATS, and managing the hiring process.
• Use Web and App based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
• Undertaking HR operation activities like Maintaining employee database, and updating records in the HRMS tool.
• Handle certain onboarding and offboarding activities along with employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Analyzing recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes.
• Ensure transparency in providing the employees with information as and when required including responsibilities towards exiting employees in settlement of dues and other relevant documents.
Qualifications
Minimum of an MBA degree or equivalent with specialization in Human Resource Management,
Business, or Organization Development.
• 1-2 years of experience as a technical recruiting specialist for the IT/ ITES Industry. Strong employee-facing skills, including excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
• Strong understanding of portals including Linkedin, Naukri, etc, and beliefs in cost-effective sourcing.
• The ability to work within a team and coordinate team activities. You should be process-driven with a drive to initiate
