The Opportunity:
Pure Delivery: We provide the job orders; you provide the talent. No cold calling or BD required.
Industry-Leading Splits: We offer a 50% revenue share on all collected placement fees.
High-Value Placements: Fees range from 8% to 20% of base salary (Potential per-placement earnings of $7k–$65k).
Autonomy: This is a fully remote, flexible partnership designed to supplement your existing desk.
Requirements:
Active Sourcing Tools: Must have an active, independent LinkedIn Recruiter license (Corporate or Professional) to manage high-volume outreach.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and submit top-tier tech talent weekly.
Self-Managed: We value professionals who operate without reminders and provide consistent weekly updates.
Current Industry Footprint: This role is ideal for those currently active in the market with their own established infrastructure.
Payment Structure: Disbursements are made on a 30/60/90-day schedule following successful candidate placement, mirroring our client collection cycles.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
