Location : Pune, Bangalore , Noida
Work from office
Mode of Interview : L1 round will be virtual & L2 round will be face to face .
- Take lead in escalations for Incident and Problem management as MSSQL DB Provider Level 2 & 3 operational support and incident resolution for supported technologies.
- Update standards documentation, as necessary. Knowledge on implementing ITIL practices in Support.
- Excellent in SQL Server fundamental/Architecture Manage patching, installation, upgrade of SQL Server in standalone & HA environment
- Excellent hands on in DB Migration Planning and Execution
- Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
- Independently analyze, solve critical issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end especially in all type of HA environment
- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
- Manage database backup & restore
- Create & manage DBA maintenance jobs effectively Manage security, enforce password policy
- Assist developers solving complex query performance issues
- Hands on experience in profiler, auditing & DMV views Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
- Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.
- Handle & manage complex issues effectively Basic/intermediate knowledge as Sybase DBA
- Good hands on skills in Linux commands & Shell Scripting
- Manage SQL Server in Linux Platform
- Experience in handling customer and bridge call.
