Technical Specialist O365
Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial, and HR business services to all its business areas.
About the Role: Technical Specialist O365
Hydro is seeking for experienced technical O365 specialists that are fully capable of handling O365 toolkit. In particular Handle requests, incidents, changes, and problem processes for the platform (3rd level support).
Purpose of a O365 Professional:
A Technical specialist O365 will work closely together with Digital collab team (O365) in Europe and users globally, and handle integration between Office 365 and IT services in Hydro Locations.
Technical Knowledge: Minimum 3 Years of SharePoint Online Administrator and O365 tools.
Responsibilities:
• Handle requests, incidents, changes, and problem processes for the platform (3rd level support)
• Collaborate closely with the Digital collab team (O365) in Europe and users globally
• Handle integration between Office 365 and other infrastructure applications and IT services in Hydro
• Proactively evaluate, test and verify new features based on business relevance
• Create and maintain solution documentation
Work Experience:
• 3+ Years of experience in SharePoint Online Administration & O365 Tools.
Education: Graduate
Language: Fluency in English (written and oral) is mandatory
