Key Skills
• Troubleshooting the systems and network problems and diagnosing software faults
• Supporting and maintaining MS Server/Desktops and MS Exchange
• Technical Support Executive/Engineer, Unix, Windows, TCP/IP
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Supporting the roll – out of new applications
• Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Replacing parts as required
• Excellent Listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
