Job Description
Position: Technical Support – Life Sciences
Location: Delhi / PAN India (as applicable)
Key Responsibilities
Provide pre-sales & post-sales technical support for:
Antibodies (Monoclonal / Recombinant)
ELISA Kits
Molecular Biology products
Laboratory Equipment
Application support for WB, IHC, IF, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, PCR
Troubleshooting experimental issues and guiding customers
Conduct product trainings, demos, and technical presentations
Support sales team with technical inputs, comparisons & validations
Coordinate with principals for escalated technical queries
Desired Profile
MSc / PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology
Strong hands-on lab experience
Excellent understanding of antibody-based assays & molecular techniques
Good communication & presentation skills
Industry experience preferred (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply)
