• Strong exposure in configuration.
• Should have practical experience on configuration & troubleshooting.
• Should have good understanding with firewall.
• Should have practical experience on ticketing tools.
• Able to resolve queries related to Network, desktop, laptop & others.
• Should have good practical understanding with active directory, Asset Management, CCTV Knowledge, Basic Switch & Networking, Windows & Application Installation.
• Should have good knowledge on OSI Model.
• Email Writing, Create booking Ticket to OEM in case of any lT asset issue,
• Should have Knowledge of working on helpdesk system.
• Hardware Knowledge in case of in house laptop/desktop part repair or fix.
• Should have Knowledge on VPN Error : Thread was being aborted.
