• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic networking knowledge and experience with remote desktop applications are a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or IT support roles.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment is highly desirable.
• Working Hours:
• Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones.
• On-call availability may be required on weekends or holidays based on business needs.
