Designation: Sr. Advisor 1, Technical Support

Package: Up to 6 LPA

Location: Aundh, Pune

Shifts: Night Shifts

· Profile Requirement :

1. UG / Grad both eligible with 1year of documented Technical Experience

2. Internal Students not eligible

3. US Technical Support - Voice Program

· Financial Service Agreement : Please be informed that all the candidates/employees have to sign a financial Service Agreement of 2,00,000/-(Mandatory) for 18 months .

MS Certification : Please be informed about the Contractual requirement for all candidates/employees to earn Microsoft professional certifications within +months from joining.

· Rounds of Interview : PI , Technical Process fitment & Communication Skills check - Ops Round , Online Assessment- Typing .

· Profile Requirement :

Core Competencies/Skills/Knowledge :

a. Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills & thinks logically.

b. Comfortable to work in a 24/7 work environment with rotational shifts & Offs .

c. Working knowledge of personal computer architecture and network architecture.

d. Passion for Technology (curious, has desire to learn, doesn’t rely on past knowledge, stays on top of latest technologies).

e. Support operates on callback model where the cases are created for the customers and the engineers talk to the customers . They require assistance with troubleshooting on Microsoft Windows Operating System .

f. MCP/MTA/MCSA/MCITP/MCSE Certified in Windows® Server Operating Systems recommended.

g. Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, System Set up, System Performance and Domain Environment, Boot Process (Backup Process, Types Of Backup, Hyper-V Type 1 & Type 2 , Storage
