Who are we looking for?
Training is a strategically important function at Cyntexa and we are looking for a Trainer who will be responsible for developing and implementing an organization-wide Learning & Development strategy that facilitates and drives development in the entire Salesforce domain for the organization. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and managing the Salesforce.com (SFDC) training program. This position will involve effectively teaching people at Cyntexa who require training in the field of Salesforce at all levels and interacting with a group of diverse individuals and personalities to ensure the ultimate goal is achieved i.e., the best training to be provided to people of Cyntexa in Salesforce.
What are the key skills required for this job?
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented sales-driven environment.
• Teaching Experience (preferred).
• Ability to guide a medium-sized team of trainee developers.
• Strong ability to engage your audience and deliver training sessions.
• Experience with technologies and programming languages like C, C++, Java, Python, etc
• Ability to implement best practices to perform regular evaluations, reports generation, and making sure the training is delivered ideally.
• Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalism.

• Develop SFDC training strategy and programs for the students.
• Take up regular sessions and classes and perform test series and assignments as well.
• Develop a training curriculum for New batches and present content in the best possible way.
• Develop a training program to crack SFDC certification and use In Demand tools to deliver training content.
• Collating feedback of complete training. Evaluate and measure results and make required improvements where required.
• Ability to understand the challenges experienced by students and employ ways to solve their doubts, encourage and guide them.
• Report program progress on a regular basis to the reporting manager.
