Position Summary
While deep learning has achieved outstanding performance in tasks such as automated organ segmentation in radiotherapy, its success heavily relies on large volumes of fully annotated data collected from different hospitals. In practice, however, site-specific clinical focus and the high cost of manual annotation often result in scans where only a subset of organs is labeled, leading to partially labeled condition that significantly affects model performance. The Department of Radiation Oncology is looking for a Technician A to assist with the development of advanced AI solutions to address this challenge.

Working under direct supervision from a higher-level technician or researcher. Assist with developing an iterative framework that dynamically leverages the strengths from both a foundation model and a trainable specialist model to handle missing annotations.

Preparing materials for and assisting in experiments
Performing simple experiments according to written protocols
Summarize findings in technical reports and explore opportunities for publishing.
