We are strengthening our presence in the Pune region and seeking a dynamic Techno-Sales Executive to drive our admixtures business.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Techno-Sales Executive specializing in construction chemical admixtures to identify business opportunities, provide technical support, and grow our customer base in Pune and surrounding areas. The role demands a blend of technical expertise in concrete technology and strong sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell a range of concrete admixtures and construction chemicals to contractors, consultants, RMC plants, and builders.
• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct site visits, product trials, and demonstrations at construction sites and RMC plants.
• Understand client technical requirements and recommend suitable admixture solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and R&D teams for customized solutions if needed.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers (site engineers, purchase heads, consultants, etc.).
• Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, visit reports, and market feedback to the management.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and trade events.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in construction chemicals/admixtures/RMC industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of concrete behavior, admixture applications, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Preferred Experience:
• Prior experience selling to RMC plants, contractors, or infrastructure companies.
• Good contacts with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and procurement teams.
