Role: Techno-Functional Lead – Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM)
Experience:
• 5+ years in Warehouse Management Systems
• 3–5 years hands-on with Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM)
Location: Houston, Texas
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Techno-Functional Lead with strong functional expertise in Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) and hands-on technical capabilities. This role focuses on configuring, integrating, troubleshooting, and supporting MAWM to optimize warehouse operations and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of MAWM solutions.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Configure MAWM workflows, business rules, and system settings.
• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Design and develop integrations using MIF, REST APIs, JSON/XML and Postman.
• Create and manage extensions using ProActive.
• Support testing, UAT, production rollout, and stabilization.
• Develop documentation, system designs, and integration mappings.
• Mentor teams and support knowledge sharing initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
• Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) configuration & support
• MAWM integrations (MIF, REST APIs)
• JSON/XML payload handling & Postman scripting
• Warehouse operations knowledge (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory)
• Technical troubleshooting & root cause analysis
• Business requirement translation and workflow configuration
Good to Have
• SCI reporting, Jasper reports, JMagic label design
• Data analytics / automation exposure
• ERP integrations
• Manhattan Active certification (preferred)
