Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the SAP Basis team in the design, deployment, and administration of the S/4HANA landscape (on-premises/cloud/hybrid) - Oversee system installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations to S/4HANA - Ensure system stability, high availability, and performance tuning across SAP landscapes - Manage SAP integrations, transport management, and Solution Manager (SolMan) operations - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Work closely with functional, development, and infrastructure teams to support project deliverables - Oversee cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare in collaboration with functional and technical teams - Work with SAP, cloud providers, and vendors to resolve issues and optimize system performance Professional & Technical Skills: - Prior experience of SAP program management experience, with S/4HANA implementations - Familiarity with SAP RISE - Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles - Experience in implementing and maintaining SAP systems - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A bachelor's degree in computer science background is required
