Job description
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, invoicing, and payments, Sales, purchases, and other transactions
• Maintain accurate records in Tally software
• Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Coordinate with CA and statutory bodies for compliance matters
• Generate financial reports, cash flow statements, and other MIS reports
• Maintain documentation for compliance with company and regulatory standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and end-users to gather and analyze IT-related requirements.
• Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Prepare user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams for software development teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups (Agile/Scrum environment).
• Support testing efforts including writing test cases and participating in UAT.
• Conduct impact analysis and support change management initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights through basic data analysis and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 1.5 – 2 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
• Must have timeline exposure for at least 3-12 months.
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to perform simple data queries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to convert business needs into clear technical specifications.
