Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• You will act as the initial, single point of contact for our users and will be helping them with
the product-related information they are seeking.
• You would own and derive a Helpdesk ticket from start to finish.
• Whenever needed Exporting or Importing of MS excel sheets from a computer database.
• Coordinate and help the product teams with various non-programming-related tasks
whenever needed.
• Collaborate with other teams whenever needed to ensure the best possible customer
experience.
Key Skills/Experience
• Though the role does not require extreme software proficiency however basic technical
awareness would be nice to have.
• You should have a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite applications (especially MS
excel), but more importantly you should be enthusiastic to learn
• You should be somebody who is approachable, empathetic and self-motivated with great
attention to detail.
• Fluent in English language proficiency, both verbal as well as written communication.
• You are somebody who is prompt, reliable and willing to do whatever it takes to exceed
customer expectations.
Education
• Graduation in any stream with 0-2 years of experience.
