Role Overview
This unique position flips the script on traditional tech recruitment roles. While the title leverages your experience in tech recruitment, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional B2B client success. You’ll use your technical foundation to facilitate client onboarding, manage product demos, and resolve technical issues. A tech degree is essential, and a background or interest in data and data science is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Onboarding & Data Integration:
• Guide clients through the integration of legacy data into our platform, ensuring smooth transitions and data accuracy.
• Product Demonstrations & Training:
• Develop a deep understanding of the Script Assist platform to deliver engaging product demos and training sessions for our B2B clients.
• Support & Troubleshooting:
• Manage client support tickets by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Data-Driven Insights:
• Generate and analyze client-specific reports to identify usage trends and opportunities for improving client success.
• Effective Communication:
• Translate complex technical concepts and data insights into clear, client-friendly language, fostering strong client relationships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with product, technical, and customer success teams to drive continuous improvement in our platform and services.
About You
• Technical Foundation:
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Bonus Data Skills:
• Familiarity with data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) or an interest in data science is an added advantage.
