Role Description
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure — across software and digital marketing offerings.
• Identify and pursue international business opportunities through email campaigns, LinkedIn, inbound leads, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Lusha to build strong sales pipelines.
• Conduct detailed research on target markets and stakeholders to design personalized outreach strategies.
• Present engaging product demos and value-driven proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal delivery, technical, and customer success teams to ensure smooth post-sale transitions.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Stay informed about current trends in technology, SaaS, HR software, and digital marketing.
• Maintain detailed CRM records (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) and prepare regular reports on pipeline and forecasts.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in international B2B sales, especially within the tech or SaaS sectors.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes, SaaS products, and digital marketing terminology.
• Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation tools and CRM systems.
• Skilled in proposal writing, client pitching, and contract negotiation.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and analytical thinking skills.
