We are seeking a skilled Tekla Modeler with over 2 years of experience in modeling concrete structures (precast or cast-in-place) using Tekla Structures. The role involves creating accurate 3D models, reinforcement details, and shop/production drawings for concrete elements in industrial, infrastructure, or building projects. Role & responsibilities
Create accurate 3D models of concrete elements such as beams, slabs, columns, walls, footings, and stairs using Tekla Structures.
Model and detail reinforcement (rebar) and embed items in accordance with design drawings and project specifications.
Generate shop drawings, rebar drawings, formwork drawings, GA drawings, and material take-offs (BOM/BOQ).
Understand and implement construction tolerances, rebar spacing, anchorage lengths, cover, and lap splices.
Coordinate with project engineers and other modelers to resolve issues and implement feedback.
Adhere to company and client-specific detailing standards and international codes (e.g., ACI, BS, Eurocode).
Ensure quality control and timely delivery of project models and drawings.
Participate in model coordination, clash checks, and drawing reviews.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent technical education.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Tekla Structures for concrete modeling.
Experience in precast or cast-in-place (CIP) concrete detailing projects is essential.
Strong understanding of reinforcement detailing practices and construction methods.
