We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Tele Calling Executive to generate leads, manage clients, and close property deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, networking.
Handle client inquiries and understand property requirements
Conduct Video Calls and Meetings with the Clients
Negotiate terms and close sales deals
Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly
Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor projects
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of the real estate market
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Customer-focused approach with good follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of CRM and sales reporting tools
Experience
1 years experience in real estate sales (preferred)
Freshers with strong sales mindset can also apply
