2. Product Knowledge: Telecallers should have a good understanding of the real estate properties, projects, and services offered by their company. They should be able to provide accurate information to potential clients.
3. Customer Service: Telecallers should be customer-centric and able to address inquiries, concerns, and questions from clients professionally and courteously.
4. Sales Skills: In many cases, telecallers are responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales. Therefore, sales skills, including persuasion and negotiation abilities, are crucial.
