Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller at PrimeAp located in Jaipur. The Tele Caller is responsible for making outbound calls to customers to promote and sell a product or service. They will be expected to provide information about the product or service, answer questions, and address concerns. The Tele Caller will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information and following up on leads and opportunities.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales skills and experience in a sales role
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of relevant experience
