We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team at Aline HR Consultancy. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Designation : Tele Caller
CTC : Upto 22K for the right candidate
Experience : Minimum 6 months to 1 Year
Location : Sector 1+,Vashi,New Mumbai
Education : Prefered Graduate
Work Timing : 10 am to 7.00 pm (6 Days Working)
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Generate leads through calling to the customers.(Calling data will be provided)
• Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the product.
• Fix the meeting with customers.
• Ask questions to understand about customer requirements.
• Keep records of calls and note useful information.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Willingness to do 150+ calls a day.
Candidate Profile:
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation Skills & pleasant personality.
• Amazing convincing and negotiation skills.
• Having high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
• Ability to handle customers efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Soft spoken & polite.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
