Objective: Executive is responsible for making sales calls and market products and services via phone. she will maintain thorough understanding of products and services, meet daily goals. Key Responsibilities: - Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell/promote products/services - Schedule appointments to meet prospective partners & customers - Customer follow up and feedback post initial interaction - Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches - Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries - Maintaining administrative and operational records - Monitor office expenses and costs. - Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all the necessary stationery and materials. - Taking care of housekeeping - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed. - You will most likely have to accomplish all of this and more because we’re a start-up. What we are looking for: - Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing. - Language proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi - Computer literate.
