Requirements:
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively convey information and build rapport with potential customers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and appointments.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
