Job Responsibilities :-
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to about our Projects.
Qualify leads and gather client information for further sales processing.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate options.
Manage and maintain a database of prospects and follow up regularly.
Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Assist in coordinating site visits and other sales-related activities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in telesales or a related field (Real estate experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
• Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
