Tele counseling- Providing information to students on different courses in higher education
· Understand student’s requirement and counsel the students on the various courses
· Attending or Handling the Calls and provide the correct information
· Making Word, Excel, Power Point Reports
· Good communication skills with command over Hindi, Marathi , Bengali, & English
- Knowledge on basic Microsoft tools
