• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging with customers and providing outstanding service.
• Efficiently handle sales transactions at the cash register, ensuring a friendly and courteous checkout process.

Customer Experience
• Warmly greet customers and offer assistance with products and services, addressing any inquiries to ensure their satisfaction.
• Share best practices in customer service with team members to create a welcoming and delightful shopping environment, highlighting key interpersonal skills such as greeting with eye contact and showcasing proactive assistance.

Operations
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Recommend products and suggest complementary items to enhance sales.
• Accurately process sales on the cash register, managing cash transactions and handling returns or exchanges as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of counters and shelves, assisting with inventory management and display merchandising as instructed by management.
• Implement company policies to minimize loss and ensure compliance with applicable local laws regarding the sale of regulated items.
• Contribute to the store's visual presentation by constructing and maintaining displays for promotional and seasonal items.
• Assist in food item separation and stock rotation practices to ensure product quality.
• Utilize knowledge of store systems and equipment to provide support in various areas, including the photo section and online order fulfillment.
• Ensure the store remains clean and orderly, contributing to ideal shopping conditions.
• Foster respectful relationships with coworkers and adhere to company policies.
• Participate in additional tasks and special assignments as required.

Training & Personal Development
• Attend required training sessions and complete performance-based learning as outlined by management.

Basic Qualifications
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in a retail setting is highly desirable.
• Experience working with Walgreens is a plus.
