What will be your responsibilities?
As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel. Your primary tasks will include:
• Assisting Front Office leadership with guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Responding to guest inquiries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Providing driving or walking directions to guests for local destinations.
• Maintaining a strong knowledge of hotel services, events, and local attractions.
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to foster positive working relationships.
• Delivering accurate information to guests.
