Job Title: Temporary Office Administrator until mid October with a view to transition to a permanent role based on performance.



Location: Greenslopes, QLD



Position: 3-5 days a week +am-4pm or we would consider school hours for the right person +.30am-2.30pm 5 days a week.



About Us: We are a dedicated organisation working in the disability and mental health sector. Our mission is to provide high-quality support and services to individuals in need. We are currently seeking a temporary Office Administrator to join our team and help manage daily operations efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day office tasks including phone calls, checking and responding to emails, taking messages, data entry and rostering support.

- Maintain and organize office records, files, and databases.

- Provide administrative support to the team.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the disability and mental health sector.

- Offer a friendly and professional first point of contact for clients and visitors.



Requirements:

- Experience in office administration, preferably within the disability or mental health sector.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and using iOS (Apple systems)

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Compassionate and understanding attitude towards clients with diverse needs.

- NDIS Workers Screening(or ability to apply for one)

- Police Check

-Ability to work in Australia



Desired Qualities:

- Experience with client management systems and office software specific to the disability or mental health industry.

- Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures related to disability and mental health services.
