Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and well‑organized Part‑Time Food Services team member to join the Callier Child Development Program. This role is essential in supporting daily meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Key responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of nutritious meals and snacks, upholding high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations. This temporary, non‑benefits‑eligible position is scheduled for 19.5 hours per week.
Minimum Education and Experience
High school graduate or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in food service, preferably in a childcare or school setting
ServSafe certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
Experience with point‑of‑sale systems and basic computer/data entry skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
Flexibility and willingness to cross‑train in all areas of food service operations
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service with a positive and respectful attitude

To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.
