What you will do:
Establish a new reception class, transitioning students from numerous preschools/kindergartens/Early Learning centres, collecting information about each child to ensure they are successful when starting school
Develop and implement engaging play based learning opportunities tailored to the needs and interests of your students
Establish positive relationships with families and connect them with the school
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support student achievement and well-being
Maintain accurate student records and support individual learning plans
Collaboratively work with an Early Years learning team to ensure consistency of practice in Literacy, Numeracy, South Australian Curriculum and IBPYP.
