Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing financial inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and evictions.
Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and rents using Yardi or similar software..
Implement arrears strategies manage account balances.
Requirements
Understanding of challenges faced by indigenous people in relation to housing.
Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills to effectively interact with tenants and vendors.
Ability to communicate effectively while maintaining positive tenant relationships.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tenant files simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution within the property management context.
