Job description, work day and responsibilities
• Looking for bids that have been posted on GeM, the State Government Portal, and eProcurement Portal.
• Allocation of relevant bids to Sr Colleagues.
• Maintaining MIS of allocated tenders and update the sheet on daily basis
• As and when necessary, sending emails to the tendering authority with pre-bid, explanation, and other requests.
• Preparing the documentation needed for bids, such as annexures, formats, corporate documents, undertakings, and affidavits.
• Keeping track of all tendering-related operations, such as the financial opening results of bids with comparison statements, bid lists, EMD information, etc.
• Preparing numerous submissions for tender submission, such as (Preparation of document lists like work finished certificates, work in progress, and lists of technical manpower)
• Submitting tenders on various e-tendering portals. Follow up with the tendering authority or the individual who is concerned for the next stage of the tender.
• Assisting in preparing PowerPoint Presentation for presentation round of tenders. Attending Pre-Bid with seniors.
• Salary up to 3LPA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
