Job Description
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with hands-on expertise in Tender Management and GeM Portal Operations. The ideal candidate should have both technical engineering knowledge and procurement/tendering experience, enabling them to handle government tenders, technical details and oversee project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage tenders (Govt/PSU/Private) – preparation, documentation & submission.
Handle GeM portal – registration, product listing, bidding & order management.
Coordinate with engineering, sales, purchase & management teams for project execution.
Apply mechanical engineering knowledge for specifications, costing, and compliance.
Track tender status, follow up with authorities, and ensure timely closures.
Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance for projects as required.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or Diploma with strong experience).
1–3 years of experience in Tendering & GeM Portal Management.
Knowledge of government procurement processes (EMD, PBG, bidding norms).
Proficiency in documentation, MS Office, AutoCAD/SolidWorks preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
